Call to Book Your Appointment
You will need to call us to arrange your 30-minute appointment for the "hands-on" session.
Bring Your Completion Certificate
You MUST bring a copy of your completion certificate to this session. The instructor will stamp and sign it, indicating you completed the in-person, "hands-on" skills portion of the training.
Finish the Online Training First
A "hands-on" assessment will not be given to anyone who has not yet completed the online training. You must show proof of training with your completed online certificate.
Forgot Your Certificate?
If you fail to bring a copy of your completed online certificate, there will be a $10.00 charge for us to print, stamp, and email a copy to you.
